Mayfair Village

Mayfair Village is Ability Housing’s first multifamily development. This was an extremely distressed property that suffered from high crime rates. It serves low-income and formerly homeless individuals and families, and provides voluntary resources to all residents.

Ability Housing invested in this development, which underwent significant rehabilitation. Today it is an asset to the residents and the merchants in the area; an inclusive community where individuals and families grow together.
