OUR PROGRAMS
Housing is just the beginning.
We build foundations for thriving lives.
Our programs provide residents with the supportive services they need to achieve stability and thrive.
On-site service coordinators connect residents to resources that promote long-term housing success, while community partners provide access to healthcare, job training, education, and other essential services that strengthen individuals, families, and communities.
Villages Program
Northeast & Central Florida

The Villages Program combines affordable housing with onsite supportive services to create stable, community-centered environments for individuals and families facing housing instability.
Developments such as Village at Mercy, Village at Hyde Park, and Village of Pine Hills are intentionally designed to serve residents with significant barriers to housing stability, including chronic homelessness, disabilities, behavioral health conditions, and limited income.
Residents have access to case management, healthcare and behavioral health resources, employment support, financial literacy education, transportation assistance, and community programming designed to improve overall well-being.
Through strong partnerships and resident-focused services, the program promotes housing stability, community connection, and opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.
Housing Link
Jacksonville, FL

Housing Link is Ability Housing’s scattered-site housing program that helps individuals and families experiencing homelessness quickly move into stable housing and remain successfully housed long term.
Rather than placing residents in one location, the program connects households to privately owned rental homes and apartments throughout the community, allowing them to live in integrated neighborhoods with greater housing choice and independence.
Housing Link combines affordable housing assistance with individualized support services, including, healthcare connections, employment support, transportation assistance, benefits enrollment, and landlord coordination.
CASA
Jacksonville, FL

CASA is Ability Housing’s first project. It is a scattered-site single-family rental project consisting of 16 homes throughout the community. CASA provides quality, affordable housing for adults with a disability; it is called CASA because each home is Convenient, Affordable, Safe and Accessible. CASA was designed for adults with a developmental disability that wish to live independently in the community but do not want to live alone. Each house is rented to two or three roommates. Residents have their own supports and are responsible for selecting their roommates. Rents are affordable, varying based upon each tenant’s ability to pay. CASA is so innovative it was designated a State Demonstration Project by the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council. According to annual surveys of our residents, 100% of respondents rate their housing as good or excellent.
Let’s work together
to help everyone in our community find the home they deserve.
