Renaissance Village lives up to its name. Once a boarded and abandoned place known as Brandywine Court Apartments, this affordable housing development is now a thriving community asset where formerly homeless and individuals and families at risk of homelessness can peacefully live their lives. Voluntary, individualized support services are available to all residents to help them regain and maintain their ability to positively contribute to the community they call home.
