Description

The three-story garden apartment building will provide affordable housing to low-income individuals and families and access to on-site supportive services. The development also provides units accessible to persons with mobility, hearing, and/or vision impairments. Outdoor amenities will include a playground, seating areas and open recreational space for all residents to enjoy.

The common areas in the building will provide the following: property management office, case management offices, computer lab and library, conference room, storage space, flexible multi-use space, kitchenette/break room, maintenance shop with storage, and secure indoor bike storage for residents. Laundry rooms will be located throughout the building; and
there will be free wireless internet access throughout the building.

Construction began in November 2018 and is expected to be completed in the 4th quarter 2019.
